Player A won't return (Concussion) Listen up kids, ha! and they say video games are bad for you.
What better way to educate our youth then a football video game right? I mean when your 15 year old kid is frying his brain 8 hours into his XBOX game the first thing he’s thinking of is, man my free safety just lead with his head and now he’s injured, someone order up a few tests and make sure this isn’t a lingering problem, right?

I’m all for safety in the NFL, but I’m not sure this is going to impact many people.
Either way, the upcoming version of Madden 2012 video game will now show players being sidelined for the rest of the game after receiving a concussion.
NFL Hall of Fame coach John Madden said that he wants to make the game more realistic and teach kids to play football safely.
"You know if a player gets hit in the head, its going to hurt" (Madden Voice)
“If you get a concussion, that’s a serious thing and you shouldn’t play,” Madden told The New York Times. “We wantthat message to be strong.”
More than 90 million copies of the game have been sold over the last 22 years, including five million last year so I get that they think they can get through to people that way.
If only the Commissioner (past and present) and the Owners cared as much as Madden and EA Sports, some of the Veterans who played in the past may not be sitting at home like vegetables.
