Who the hell knew the old fatty actually played his own video game? I’m talking about legendary Oakland Raiders head coach, John Madden. While we are 4 days away from the release of everyone’s favorite video game, Madden ’12, the name behind the game shared his secrets and the way he balls out when he flops out on his couch with a bag of Doritos and his copy of the game. 
“I don’t like to see stuff that isn’t real, or isn’t practical,” he says, “like going for it long on fourth down.” [Kotaku]
I agree 100% with the fatty….I’ve never been a huge fan of the new hi-tech game, I’m more of a arcade, NFL Blitz guy personally so I know where Mr. TurDucken is coming from. Madden goes on to say how he loves to blitz in the game, where again I agree with him.
“I did this in a couple of games, I’d just blitz them every play. I’d have Ted Hendricks out there at linebacker and then Ken Stabler on offense.” Talking about his former players when he used to coach the Raiders. [Kotaku]
“Now that I really see how much havoc (Hendricks) could cause, and how I can move him around out there, I think he would have been great for the game,” Madden told the website Kotaku today.
If you play on All-Madden it is almost near friggin’ impossible to tackle running backs like Frank Gore, Adrian Peterson, Stephen Jackson and big backs like that, unless you dial up a legit run blitz…..I guess I have something in common with one of the best coaches ever. Sweet.
While Madden admits he’s not the best gamer nor does he play the game a lot, he can still whip some ass in it. Since FloppingOut’s own fat Frank LOVES (or actually LIVES AND BREATHS) Madden, I will guarantee RIGHT NOW, August 26th at 12:35 am, I will beat him at his own game, sometime in September. Gotta give me a few weeks to find my squad and build my own playbook. Bring it FATTY.
